Planning herringbone and chevron
Centre line first
Herringbone and chevron only work when the point runs down the centre of the room or along the line of sight. The axis is set before installation.
Direction in the room
Along the room axis the pattern stretches the room; across it, the room looks wider.
Edge junctions
Panels are cut at walls and doors – we calculate the quantity from the floor plan.
Transitions
Thresholds and transitions to tiles or other floors are part of the planning.
